This is a Nevada Continuing Education (CE) course that will focus on Fair Housing and ADA issues when managing residential rental properties. Fair Housing and ADA issues that are not handled properly can lead to costly litigation that could have been avoided. Worse yet, these kinds of lawsuits are rarely covered by Errors & Omissions Insurance.
