This is a Nevada Pre-Licensing course devoted to the practices and principles of Property Management (PM) in Nevada in accordance with NRS 645 and NAC 645. It will begin with a discussion of the requirements to obtain a Nevada property management permit. This course will provide material necessary to pass the Nevada pre-licensing exam, which is the precursor to applying for the PM Permit. However, the primary focus of this course is to instruct real estate brokers and licensees in the practice of PM activities.
